Terms & Conditions
A. Company Lucky Oxen Ventures LLC (“Seller”) sells tropical and subtropical fruit trees and related products.

B. Orders & Availability All orders are subject to product availability. Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Descriptions, prices, and availability may change without notice.

C. Local Pickup Only All sales are local pickup only. Seller does not offer shipping, delivery, or third‑party dropoff. Customers must collect purchases at the agreed pickup location and time.

D. Payment Accepted payment methods: cash and Zelle only. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received in full. Seller is not responsible for Zelle payment errors initiated by the buyer.

E. Cancellations & Changes Buyers must request cancellations or order changes as soon as possible. If the item has already been prepared or set aside for pickup, Seller may deny cancellation and retain full payment.

F. Pickup Window & Storage Customers must pick up items within the agreed pickup window. If not collected within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup without prior arrangement, Seller may consider the sale final and may dispose of, resell, or charge a storage fee; no refund is guaranteed.

G. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Seller may offer refunds or exchanges at its sole discretion for items proven to be different than described or significantly damaged at pickup. Buyers should inspect items at pickup and report visible defects immediately. No returns or refunds for plant failure after pickup.

H. Plant Health & Care Seller provides plants in generally healthy condition at time of pickup but gives no guarantee of survival after transfer of possession. Buyer assumes all responsibility for post‑pickup plant care, including transplanting, watering, and pest/disease management.
I. Liability Seller’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. Seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of crops, income, or enjoyment resulting from plant purchase.

J. Taxes & Fees Buyer is responsible for any applicable sales tax, fees, or permits required by local authorities.

K. Compliance Buyer must comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding plant transport, import, and ownership. Seller is not responsible for buyer non‑compliance.

L. Privacy Seller will handle buyer contact and payment information in accordance with privacy practices necessary to complete transactions and pickups.
​
M. Changes to Terms Seller may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes apply to orders placed after the change is posted.
