Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for purchase of trees due to a change of mind.

  • Buyers must inspect plants at the time of local pickup. Any visible damage, misrepresentation, or incorrect item must be reported immediately at pickup. Claims reported after pickup will not be accepted.

  • If Lucky Oxen Ventures LLC determines, at its sole discretion, that a refund or exchange is warranted for a verified error on our part (e.g., wrong item delivered or gross misrepresentation), the remedy will be limited to refund of the purchase price or exchange of the item.

  • We do not provide refunds for plant health, survival, or suitability after transfer of possession. Buyer assumes responsibility for post‑pickup care.

  • Payment disputes (e.g., Zelle errors) must be raised promptly with the buyer’s bank or payment provider; we will cooperate in resolving verified errors.

By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and accepts this Refund Policy.
